Terms of Service - ReadPass

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReadPass ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

ReadPass is an educational platform providing ebooks, past questions, quizzes and study tools for Nigerian students. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases on ReadPass are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Once a purchase is completed, you will have immediate access to the purchased content. All sales are final — refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure where access was not provided.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions grant access to exclusive features including unlimited quizzes, leaderboard competition, exclusive ebooks and the AI study chatbot. Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account. Subscription periods are as stated at time of purchase and do not auto-renew.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ReadPass, including ebooks, quizzes, and platform design, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content from this platform without written permission. Ebooks purchased are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ReadPass cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReadPass provides content for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReadPass shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

ReadPass reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
